Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Step onto your mat and into a space of movement, breath and balance. My Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes are designed to energise, strengthen and restore, combining breathwork, meditation, and dynamic movement to help you build strength, improve flexibility and enhance mobility while cultivating a deep sense of calm and grounded presence.

Each session flows through a sequence of postures, balancing powerful holds with restorative poses before closing with a deeply relaxing savasana. Sometimes, I enhance the experience with the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, leaving you feeling lighter, calmer, and more in tune with yourself.

The term vinyasa refers to the alignment of movement with the breath, so although you may also hold poses for a few breaths, you’ll move from one pose to the next using inhalation and exhalation.

We practise Ujjayi breathing during these Vinyasa classes, where the back of the throat is slightly constricted to create a whispering sound like the waves coming to shore. Helping us to keep the focus on the breath and the present moment during the practice.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced yogi, these classes will guide you toward greater strength, flexibility, and inner balance. You will leave feeling uplifted, positive, and ready to take on life’s challenges with a renewed sense of clarity and ease.

Join me on the mat and discover the powerful connection between breath, movement, and inner peace, and experience the transformational power of Vinyasa Flow Yoga.

Benefits of Vinyasa Yoga

  • The steady cycle of inhales and exhales provides you with a calming, mental focal point.

  • The continual movements, from one pose to another, gives you an added cardiovascular benefit creating internal heat.

  • Increased strength and flexibility – whether slow or fast-paced, Vinyasa classes are a great workout for your body.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a deeply meditative and restorative practice that encourages stillness, reflection, and connection with the body. By holding poses for an extended period, Yin Yoga allows for a deep release in the connective tissues, promoting flexibility, circulation, and a profound sense of relaxation.

A class offers a space to slow down, breathe, and tune into yourself, creating balance amidst the busyness of everyday life. You might leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded—your body more open, your mind clearer, and your energy restored. Whether you’re looking to ease tension, improve mobility, or simply find a moment of peace, Yin Yoga offers a gentle yet powerful way to reset and recharge
