About

I am a passionate about yoga.  My transformational journey with yoga began 20 years ago when I was looking for a tool to manage my busy life, create balance and a sense of harmony and well-being. Suffering from insomnia, and feeling overworked and stressed whilst working in advertising, I was amazed at the feeling of well-being, inner calm and peace that developed through practising yoga.

I can honestly say it changed my life.

In these busy, uncertain and challenging times, I look to share this feeling of presence, calm and balance with my students whilst building resilience and overcoming negative energy that builds from stress and anxiety.

My style is challenging, uplifting and encouraging.

With a strong foundation in Vinyasa Flow, my practice blends dynamic, energising sequences that build heat in the body with restorative postures to promote balance and deep relaxation. Drawing on my extensive experience in mindfulness, breathwork, and holistic movement, I create classes that are both challenging and uplifting, encouraging students to explore their potential with confidence.

My approach is inclusive and adaptable, ensuring that whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner, you feel supported and empowered on your yoga journey. My aim is to make yoga accessible to everyone, helping each individual build on strength, presence, and inner calm.
